Please read your meter accurately and submit your payment timely. Payment is due by the 5th day of the month. If payment is not received by the 15th of the month, it is considered LATE and you will owe a $10.00 late fee. Please mail payment to LLWSC, PO Box 512, Cushing, TX 75760.

Payment Locations

1. A payment drop-box is located at the Lilbert-Looneyville Fire Station. Please only use small envelopes for your payments in the drop-box.

2. CBTX Bank in downtown Cushing, Texas at 877 7th St, Cushing, TX 75760.  All fields on the payment form must be completed including your Water Usage/Meter Reading as if you had mailed your payment or delivered to the drop box. 

If you do not have any payment pads, please contact the LLWSC Office by phone or email to arrange for pickup.  Alternatively you can browse to the DOCUMENTS section of this site and print a copy of the payment pad.

*Please note that receipt of payment is provided at the CBTX branch in Cushing, TX  during business hours.  The person making the payment for the LLWSC account accepts full liability when making payments in the drop box without collecting a receipt of payment and therefore waives any and all claims against un-recorded payments without a receipt.

You can use the map in the DOCUMENTS section of the website to determine if LLWSC provides water services at your address/location.

NOTE:  Water services are only available upon an approval of a complete service application submitted to LLWSC.
